“Had a meal for four here on Saturday, had to wait but boy was it worth it I highly recommend the Garlic mushrooms with blue cheese topping, the roast lamb, mash and veg with scrumptious gravy and plenty of it, and the cherry pancake with ice cream although the lemon meringue pie is to die for . It didn’t break the bank neither good value for great food. Nice atmosphere with friendly staff and you can take dogs”

“Had a lovely lunch here today. Excellent value for exceptionally good home cooked food. The family that run the hotel were welcoming and friendly and the waitress is a real character. Will definitely be returning in the none-to-distant and hope to get to a curry night soon. Give this place a try, you won’t regret it! ”
